:: SHIPPING INFO ::

All products ordered from SATURNAL RECORDS online shop will be shipped within the following 1-4 work days from the payment. We use priority air mail in all orders that are taking place within EU and EUROPE. For other regions we have also have ECONOMY MAIL (in addition to priority air mail) as an option to keep the shipping rates cheaper for the customers. However, we also have PRIOIRTY MAIL option for other regions which you can choose during the checkout. :: RESPONSIBILITY ::

All sales are final. We will not take responsibility of the lost orders. For bigger orders and packages (not letters) you will be given a tracking number to follow your order. We only accept returns if the order has been completely destroyed during the shipping because of our mistake. 

:: REGISTRERED SHIPPING OPTION ::

All the orders above 1 kg are sent with registered mail. If you desire registered shipping option for the orders below 1 kg (which we highly recommend, if you have any hesitations and/or uncertainties about the reliability of your local post office or postal situation of your country), please mention this in the ’Order notes’ -section when placing the order. In most cases this will cost more and we will be in contact with you together with all the required info and possible additional fees.

Tilatut tuotteet lähetetään 1-4 työpäivän kuluessa maksun saamisesta. Jos tilauksessasi on ongelmia tai sinulla on kysyttävää tilauksesta, otathan yhteyttä meihin sähköpostilla saturnalrecords@gmail.com 

Kaikki myynnit ovat lopullisia. Me EMME ota vastuuta matkalle hävinneistä tilauksista. Isommille tilauksille (paketeille) tulee mukaan automaattisesti pakettikoodi, jonka avulla voit seurata tilaustasi. Me hyväksymme palautukset VAIN, jos tuote on meidän virheemme takia tuhoutunut postituksessa. 

Jos haluat kirjata/rekisteröidä pakettisi tai kirjeesi, mainitsethan tästä maksua tehdessä (Checkout) muita huomioita varten varatussa kentässä (Order Notes). Tämä kuitenkin lisää postituskustannuksia, joista olemme yhteydessä sinuun.
